What is Cash on Delivery Financing?
COD Financing is when we provide you with the necessary cash to purchase new stock and handle your deliveries and collections. ABHI disburses the cash into your account, enabling you to make necessary purchases and start selling, For every Cash on Delivery sale, BlueEx efficiently delivers and collects payments, which are then settled with ABHI on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis capped to a per-decided repayment amount.
What is the eligibility criteria?
Any business that supplies goods/services to large blue-chip companies can avail this service. Eligibility and amount of factoring is decided by the creditworthiness of the business and their past financial history. So the companies interested in this service have to be willing to sh are their financial information and other related documents.
What is the maximum limit for loans?
There is no limit on finance against invoices as it actually depends on the value of the invoice raised. The limit to which ABHI will facilitate the invoice would be set against the financial information of the company. ABHI will provide up to 80% financing against the invoices submitted.
How do I know if my business is eligible for a loan?
Onboarding of BluEx as a last mile service provider is essential to be eligible for a loan; where they would be able to route the COD collection to ABHI.
How long will the financial evaluation take?
10-12 working days.
How do I get my business onboard for Abhi Cash on Delivery Financing?
After onboarding BlueEx, submission of financial documentation to ABHI (online through a digital platform i.e. KissFlow) in order to initiate the risk assessment.
Is having BlueEx as a last mile delivery provider compulsory for COD financing?
Yes it is.
Up to what tenors can the loans be sanctioned?
30, 60 or 90 days.
