Terms & Conditions:

  • The referral must come through the website form to be eligible.
  • The individual who refers the company must remain actively involved in the process until the client is onboarded onto the Abhi system & the contract is signed. After Abhi provides all relevant material, sessions etc. to the referred client, it is the individual who referred the company’s job to convince the client within 2 months of the first meeting for the referral benefit to remain active. After this Abhi will not provide the referral fees and will remain free to pursue this lead independently.
  • The referred business must be a new client and should not have been in discussions with Abhi prior to the referral.
  • The referrer must provide accurate business details, including the company name, contact information, and any relevant details.
  • If multiple people refer the same business, the reward will be given to the first valid submission based on the timestamp of the entry.
  • The referrer will earn 2 months’ worth of transaction revenue from the referred business.
  • Each eligible transaction generates Rs. 150 in fees, and the total payout will be based on the business’s transaction volume during the first 2 months.
  • The maximum payout per referral is capped at 1,000,000.
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods within 60 days after the 2-month period.
  • Abhi reserves the right to verify all referrals and reject fraudulent or ineligible submissions.
  • The company may modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • The referrer is responsible for any applicable taxes on the reward amount.
  • By participating, the referrer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that Abhi’s decision on all matters related to the campaign is final and binding.

A referral is considered successful if:

  • The business signs an agreement with Abhi and completes onboarding.
  • The business actively transacts with Abhi within 60 days of onboarding.
